Judith Manchester,
President and CEO

Judith Manchester, is the President, CEO and Founder of Unimed Government Services, with more than 20 years of executive leadership and extensive experience supporting government customers. She is an alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program and completed executive education at the Tuck School of Business. Judith is an expert in government contract negotiation and serves as an alternate voting member of the American Dental Association’s U.S. Technical Advisory Committee Standards Review Board, contributing to international dental standards.

Ed Schmitt,
Senior Vice President

Ed Schmitt, Senior Vice President, has dedicated his 40-year career to helping government agencies leverage state-of-the-art equipment and technology to deliver the highest quality patient care. Over his career, Ed has conceived, designed and implemented the layout and product requirements for thousands of successful clinics. He currently serves on the boards of several industry professional societies and regularly attends industry trade association meetings globally. Ed is a voting member of the standards review board for the American Dental Association’s U.S. Technical Advisory Committee, focused on the International Standards Development for Dentistry. He enjoys working with clients with unique needs to develop highly tailored solutions that help them do their jobs better.
