On our Buy Direct site, UGS accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you are a customer that requires a quotation to purchase, please contact us at customerservice@ugsmedical.com and we will assist in processing a purchase order with a quotation.

Product are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping costs are added to all orders and are calculated based on the order value, shipping weight, and destination location. If you require expedited shipping, please contact customerservice@ugsmedical.com after you receive your order confirmation and we can assist with calculating the rate and availability of expedited shipping.

UGS uses a tax service (Avalara) to calculate and apply sales tax to invoices for all states that UGS is a registered to collect and remit sales tax. The amount of the sales tax is calculated based on the cost of the item and the shipping destination. Factors can change the amount of sales tax calculated between the time of order and the amount charged.

Orders received by 2:00 pm CDT usually ship out the same day, Monday through Friday. Please keep in mind that the UGS warehouse is closed on all Federal holidays.

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of the item’s delivery date. Return shipping will need to be paid by the customer. Please contact customerservice@ugsmedical.com to receive an RMA number and the return shipping address. The cost of the items will be credited to the original credit card within 14 days of receipt.

Unless UGS is in possession of a validated tax exempt certificate prior to shipment, the order will include sales tax. If you are a tax exempt customer, please send your certificate to customerservice@ugsmedical.com.

Currently sales of our products are only available to customers shipping in the continental United States.
